The present application provides a data analysis device, and a multi-model co-decision system and method. The method comprises: a data analysis device training a target service according to a combined learning algorithm to obtain a plurality of learning models, generating an installation message for the installation of the plurality of learning models, and sending the installation message to another data analysis device, wherein the installation message is used to trigger the installation of the plurality of learning models and prediction and policy matching based on the plurality of learning models. In this way, the transmission, between data analysis devices, of a plurality of learning models of a target service is realized, and an execution policy for the target service is determined based on prediction results predicted by the plurality of learning models, so that prediction precision is improved.
