This pre-filled syringe comprises: a liquid medicine; a barrel that has a tube-shaped body section containing the liquid medicine, and a nozzle section provided to a distal end side of the body section and discharging the liquid medicine; a cap that seals a distal end opening; a gasket that slides on the inner circumferential surface of the body section; a plunger that can be mounted to the gasket; and an RFID tag that has a fixed location with regard to the outer circumferential surface of the body section and has an antenna for communication and a memory, said antenna being structured from an antenna wire that is wound in a rectangle, wherein the outer diameter of the body section is 14mm-33mm, the maximum circumferential direction length of the antenna is 9mm-25mm, and the circumferential direction length of the outer circumferential surface of the body section is 2.0-7.0 times the maximum circumferential direction length of the antenna.
