The purpose of the present invention is to provide a cured material in which, irrespective of the type of a hydrolyzable silyl group, swelling does not occur, and curing begins rapidly upon heating. The purpose of the present invention is achieved by a method for manufacturing a cured material obtained by heat-curing a curable composition containing: a polymer (A) having a hydrolyzable silyl group, which is at least one species selected from a polyoxyalkylene-based polymer, a (meth)acrylic-based polymer, and a hydrocarbon-based polymer; and an alkyl tin oxide compound (B).
