The ferrite-based stainless steel sheet: has a chemical composition comprising, by mass%, C: 0.001-0.020%, Si: 0.02-1.50%, Mn: 0.02-1.50%, P: 0.01-0.05%, S: 0.0001-0.01%, Cr: 10.0-25.0%, Ti: 0.01-0.30%, N: 0.001-0.030%, an optional element, and the balance: Fe and inevitable impurities; has a grain size number of 6 or higher; satisfies [A + B ≥ 12.0/t], [X + Y ≥ 12.0/(t - 0.3)], and [(X + Y) - (A + B) ≤ 5.0] in terms of crystal orientation strength of the ferrite phase as measured by X-ray diffraction; and has a sheet thickness of 1.0 mm or more. Here, in the formulas, t represents sheet thickness (mm), A represents {111} 112 crystal orientation strength of sheet thickness center part, B represents {111} 112 crystal orientation strength of 1/4 sheet thickness part, X represents {322} 236 crystal orientation strength of the sheet thickness center part, and Y represents {322} 236 crystal orientation strength of the 1/4 sheet thickness part.
