A cemented carbide screw nut mold having a multi-layer graded structure, comprising a tough material base body (4) and wear-resistant material layers, wherein the tough material base body is provided with a central through hole structure (10); a first wear-resistant material layer (91) is arranged on an upper surface of the tough material base body, and a second wear-resistant material layer (92) is arranged on an inner surface of the central through hole structure. Also provided is a method for manufacturing the cemented carbide screw cap mold having the multi-layer graded structure. The tough material base body in the mold has good impact toughness; the wear-resistant material layers are hard and resist wear well; the forging function of the screw nut mold is achieved by means of the wear-resistant material layer arranged on the surface of the central through hole structure. Meanwhile, the wear-resistant material layer arranged on the upper surface of the tough material base body plays a role in protecting the interface between layers below the tough material base body; and the high-performance cemented carbide screw nut mold having the multi-layer graded structure has a long service life, and cemented carbide materials are saved.
