PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a cemented carbide material having a layer structure is provided to improve toughness about a particular direction by preventing an electric wave of a crack to a particular direction by changing a cluster structure into a layer structure.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a cemented carbide material having a layer structure comprises the following steps: a granulated powder is formed by mixing a first powder and a second powder; a cluster structure is formed by mixing the granulated powder and the second powder; and a molding is performed by giving a directionality to a cluster structure of a tungsten carbide material which is preliminarily sintered in order to have a layer structure. A step forming the granulated tungsten carbide-cobalt comprises the following processes: in a wet atmosphere, the tungsten carbide and cobalt are mixed by a milling; and the mixed tungsten carbide and cobalt are dried.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
