The present invention relates to an oleophobic filter which can be used while being mounted on an oil separator of an internal combustion engine, and a method for manufacturing same. In addition, the present invention relates to an oil separator having the oleophobic filter mounted thereon. One embodiment of the present invention provides a method for manufacturing an oleophobic filter, the method comprising: a step of providing a metal filter; a fine unevenness formation step of immersing the metal filter in an acidic solution to chemically etch a surface of the filter so as to form fine unevenness having a size of several µm; and a fine hole formation step of forming a fine hole in several nm units by forming an oxide film on the metal filter having fine unevenness formed thereon, by a positive electrode oxidation method.
