The present invention relates to an oleophobic filter which can be mounted and used in an oil separator of an internal combustion engine and a method for manufacturing the same. The present invention also relates to an oil separator equipped with the oleophobic filter. According to one embodiment of the present invention, provided is the method for manufacturing an oleophobic filter which comprises the steps of: providing a metal filter; dipping the metal filter in an acidic solution to chemically etch a surface of the filter to form fine irregularities of several μm in size; and forming fine holes in several nm size by forming an oxide film on the metal filter on which the fine irregularities are formed with a positive electrode oxidation method.
