The present invention relates to a zone free type induction heating device having an improved user experience and user interface. In addition, a zone free type induction heating device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a plurality of working coils provided in a case; a cover plate coupled to the top of the case, and having a subject to be heated, which is disposed on an upper surface thereof and is heated by at least one of the plurality of working coils; an input interface provided to be buried flat on the upper surface of the cover plate, and displaying a specific image; a sensor for sensing the temperature and/or vibration of the input interface; and a first control module for receiving, from the sensor, information on the temperature and/or vibration of the input interface, and controlling, on the basis of the received information on the temperature and/or vibration of the input interface, whether a protection guide image of the input interface is displayed.
