The present invention relates to an ophthalmoscope, which is a type of diagnostic equipment for an eye examination, and a coaxial nonmydriatic multispectral ophthalmoscope using a near-infrared illumination source and a visible light illumination source, of the present invention, comprises: an illumination unit (10) for emitting light; a diffusing lens (20) for diffusing the light incident from the illumination unit (10); an illumination lens (30) for emitting, at a predetermined output angle, the light incident from the diffusing lens (20); a mirror (40) for reflecting the light incident from the illumination lens (30); a polarizing beam splitter (50) for transmitting P-polarized light therethrough and reflecting S-polarized light from the light incident from the mirror (40); an object lens (60) for illuminating the ocular fundus with the light incident from the polarizing beam splitter (50), and then magnifying a returning image of the ocular fundus; a near-distance eyepiece (70) for reducing or magnifying the image of the ocular fundus having been magnified by the object lens (60); and an image pickup device (100) for acquiring an optogram by using the image of the ocular fundus from the near-distance eyepiece (70), wherein the illumination unit (10) comprises: a near-infrared illumination source (11) capable of emitting near-infrared rays; a visible light illumination source (12) capable of emitting visible light; and a non-polarizing beam splitter (13) allowing the near-infrared rays emitted from the near-infrared illumination source (11) and the visible light emitted from the visible light illumination source (12) to be coaxially emitted.
