Provided in the present invention are a 2-(2,2-diarylethyl)-cyclic amine derivative or salt, the synthesis thereof, and an application and composition thereof. Biological activity tests show that the 2-(2,2-diarylethyl)-cyclic amine derivative has a good M receptor antagonistic activity; the derivative may be used as a pharmaceutically active ingredient for the treatment of diseases mediated or regulated by muscarinic receptors, comprising asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), overactive bladder (OAB), bronchial spasms associated with COPD, visceral fistula, irritable bowel syndrome, Parkinson's disease, depression or anxiety, schizophrenia, related mental illness and so on.
