The present invention relates to a handwriting stylus sleeve capable of switching writing states, for use in being sleeved on a handwriting stylus to interact with a handwriting tablet. The handwriting stylus sleeve comprises a fixing element, a stylus tip, and a sleeve body. The fixing element fixes the stylus tip on a first extremity of the sleeve body. The stylus tip is a conductor. In addition, also provided in the embodiments of the present invention is the handwriting stylus applying the handwriting stylus sleeve.
