A fish death function-based fish death risk determination method and system. Said method comprises: acquiring fish data, water body data and data on oxygen balance unsuitable for fish of a closed environment (S1); establishing a dissolved oxygen concentration change function according to the fish data, the water body data and the data on oxygen balance unsuitable for fish (S2); establishing a fish death function according to the fish data and the water body data (S3); using the dissolved oxygen concentration change function and the fish death function to establish an anoxic asphyxia dynamic change prediction model (S4); using the anoxic asphyxia dynamic change prediction model to predict, within a preset time, a dynamic trajectory of a dissolved oxygen concentration of a water body to be predicted and a dynamic trajectory of the number of deaths for each species of fish in the water body to be predicted (S5); and determining the fish death risk using the dynamic trajectory of the dissolved oxygen concentration and the dynamic trajectory of the number of dead fish. By combining the dynamic trajectory of the dissolved oxygen concentration with the dynamic trajectory of the number of dead fish, the method can determine the death risk for different fish species when faced with stress of asphyxia death of different degrees in cases where oxygen in the water body is deficient, thereby having high reliability.
