Said method comprises: receiving an experiment information instruction for simulating a chemical experiment, parsing basic experimental information and dynamic experimental information carried in the experiment information instruction, generating a chemical reaction equation, calculating the chemical reaction time and the chemical reaction state in the chemical experiment to be simulated and the component content information of elements generated after the reaction is completed, then generating a simulated chemical experiment process having operation information, and breaking down the simulated chemical experiment process into steps, generating a corresponding chemical experiment simulation animation for the simulated chemical experiment process which has been broken down into steps, and displaying and outputting the chemical experiment simulation animation by invoking a display interface of a user terminal device. Chemical experiment simulation animations facilitating teaching can be generated by parsing the experiment information instructions.
