The present application relates to a clock synchronization method and device for an electric energy meter, a computer device and a storage medium. The method comprises: acquiring absolute time, and synchronizing an internal clock according to the absolute time; transmitting a first time synchronization message to an electric energy meter at a first time by means of a preset communication protocol, and receiving a second time synchronization message fed back by the electric energy meter at a second time, the first time and the second time being times of the internal clock; acquiring a processing delay of the first time synchronization message according to the first time, the second time and a transmission delay; acquiring a calibration time according to the processing delay, the transmission delay, a predetermined message assembling time and the time of the internal clock; and transmitting a time calibration message to the electric energy meter so as to synchronize a local clock of the electric energy meter, the time calibration message comprising the calibration time. The present invention uses a precise clock source and considers the transmission and processing delay of messages, so as to enable the clock of the electric energy meter to meet the requirements for second-level synchronization.
