An integral intermediate medium vaporiser (1) with an LNG cold energy utilisation function, and a power-generating system based on the integral intermediate medium vaporiser, the vaporiser (1) comprising a housing (2), a heat exchange cavity being provided in the housing (2), the heat exchange cavity being divided into a vaporiser front heat exchange region and a vaporiser rear heat exchange region, a first separating plate (20) and a second separating plate (19) for dividing the heat exchange cavity into an LNG heat exchange channel (22), an intermediate medium heat exchange channel (23), and a seawater heat exchange channel (24) distributed in sequence also being arranged in the housing (2), a middle separating plate (17) for dividing the intermediate medium heat exchange channel into two ends being connected between the first separating plate (20) and the second separating plate (19), a plurality of through-holes being provided on both the first separating plate (20) and the second separating plate (19), and a heat pipe assembly being inserted into the through-holes; the use of the present integral intermediate medium vaporiser when using LNG vaporisation cold energy to generate power greatly saves equipment investment, reduces the space occupied, and achieves the objective of efficient energy saving and emission reduction of the system.
