Disclosed are a delivery task allocation method and apparatus, an electronic device and a computer storage medium, the method comprising: acquiring a first adaptation degree parameter of a delivery resource and a second adaptation degree parameter of a delivery task; calculating an adaptation degree between the delivery resource and a delivery task in a delivery task set according to the first adaptation degree parameter and the second adaptation degree parameter; and generating a delivery task list according to the sequence of adaptation degrees from high to low, and allocating a delivery task for the delivery resource according to the delivery task list. In the technical solution, by calculating an adaptation degree, a delivery resource is enabled to choose a delivery task most suitable for itself so that the delivery efficiency of the delivery resource can be improved, promoting the quality of service and improving user satisfaction; furthermore, more autonomous rights can be provided for the delivery resource, improving the experience and satisfaction degree of the delivery resource.
