NOVEL ALUMINUM PLASTIC COMPOSITE FILM AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR

An aluminum plastic composite film, comprising an outer protective layer (1), a hot melt adhesive layer I (2), a middle aluminum foil layer (3), a hot melt adhesive layer II (4), and an inner heat sealing layer (5) stacked in sequence, the inner heat sealing layer (5) being a coextruded layer of two polypropylene resins having different melting points. The barrier layer of the inner heat sealing layer of the aluminum plastic composite film is treated to have multiple layers, such that the "fish-eye" or "crystal point" defects on each layer are staggered, so that hydrofluoric acid or electrolyte cannot pass through the barrier layer in the heat sealing layer, and no chemical treatment to any surface of the aluminum foil is needed, omitting a chemical treatment layer; moreover, hot melt adhesive is used in the aluminum plastic composite film instead of an adhesive layer, shortening the production cycle, and reducing environmental pollution.
