A warehouse, comprising: at least one layer of shelf (100), and multiple storage objects (110) capable of being movably placed on the shelf. Each layer of shelf is divided with multiple spaces which can accommodate the storage objects; the spaces comprise: at least one first horizontally moved space (101), at least one first selecting and waiting space (102) connected to the first horizontally moved space, and at least one first selecting space (103) connected to the first selecting and waiting space. The first horizontally moved space is provided with a first storage object passage which can move cyclically. The first selecting and waiting space is provide with a second storage object passage connected to the first horizontally moved space and the first selecting space. The first selecting and waiting space is provide to the shelf; storage objects can be moved from the first horizontally moved space to the first selecting and waiting space, and the storage objects in the first selecting and waiting space enter in sequence into the first selecting space; therefore, the waiting in line time of the storage objects in the first horizontally moved space can be reduced and selecting efficiency can be improved.
