A sunglass lens manufacturing method and a sunglass lens, wherein the manufacturing method comprises the following steps: S1, manufacturing of a toner sheet: incorporating a corresponding proportion of toner into a toner sheet base material and manufacturing a toner sheet (1) of a plain glass sheet; and S2, manufacturing of a lens: fixing the toner sheet (1) obtained in step S1 into a cavity of a lens mold, performing injection molding on a molten, colorless, and transparent lens base material in the cavity of the lens mold, and combining same with the toner sheet (1) in the cavity of the lens mold into an integral whole, and obtaining a sunglass lens after cooling and demolding. Therefore, the problem in an existing sunglass lens of the occurrence of a color difference or the proneness of a coating on the lens to scratch and damage is solved.
