A harmonic wave drive mechanism of a wave generator, the harmonic wave drive mechanism comprising a first bearing set (1), an input shaft (2), a left end cover (3), a second bearing set (10), an output shaft (11), a key (12), a bolt assembly (13), a harmonic wave generator, a rigid inner gear sleeve (4) and a flexible outer gear (5); the input shaft (2) is rotatably mounted to the left end cover (3) by means of the first bearing set (1), and the right portion of the input shaft (2) and the flexible outer gear (5) are both located within the rigid inner gear sleeve (4); the output shaft (11) is rotatably mounted to the rigid inner gear sleeve (4) by means of the second bearing set (10), and the left end of the output shaft (11) is connected to the flexible outer gear (5) by means of the key (12); the harmonic wave generator comprises a wave shell (6), a vibration plate (7), a cushion plate (8) and a one-way valve (9) which are located within the flexible outer gear (5), and the wave shell (6) and the flexible outer gear (5) are clearance-fitted and movable relative to each other; and the vibration plate (7) can generate high-frequency vibration in the thickness direction after being energized. In the novel harmonic wave drive mechanism, a flexible bearing is omitted, prolonging the overall service life.
