The present invention relates to a real-time putrefaction observation and rapid processing system when animal carcasses are buried. More specifically, the animal carcasses are buried in a buried space, and the set composite powder and charcoal powder are scattered. Putrefaction gas produced from the animal carcasses and numbers of buried carcasses are observed in real time, and the set amount of putrefaction or numbers of buried carcasses with severe contamination are diagnosed.
