Disclosed are a life-cycle risk factor knowledge information service system of a construction project and a life-cycle risk factor knowledge information providing method of the construction project. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the life-cycle risk factor knowledge information providing method of the construction project includes the steps of: learning a semantic correlation between atypical text data and a risk factor-related word of the construction project by using construction-related data related to the risk actor of the construction project and including various types of atypical text data; extracting risk factor-related data associated with a search term by calculating a degree of association between a predetermined search term and the atypical text data in a plurality of time series steps based on the semantic correlation; and generating construction risk factor information by comparing, analyzing and summarizing the risk factor-related data in the plurality of time series steps of the construction project. Accordingly, the present invention can effectively and efficiently provide life-cycle risk factor knowledge information of the construction project.
