The present invention provides a monthly automatic payment management system of a mobile communication device which includes: a failure customer information request unit for receiving payment failure information from a merchant and requesting payment information for a failure customer with a corresponding PG company; a change information request unit for requesting information on the changed communication company of the failure customer as a number portability manager; a payment reservation notification unit for transmitting payment reservation information to the changed communication company of the failure customer; and a payment possibility information transmitting unit for transmitting the payment possibility information to the merchant when receiving a payment wait notification from the communication company. According to the present invention, even if the customer changes the mobile communication company during the monthly automatic payment, the customer can maintain the existing service benefits without performing an inconvenient procedure such as authentication and re-entry.
