Provided is an intelligent property right rental service method including the steps of: enabling an intelligent property right rental service apparatus to receive posting information, intellectual property application information, and intellectual property rental application information, which are referred to in the application of an intellectual property right from an information terminal; enabling the intelligent property right rental service apparatus to perform an intellectual property right rental contracting process based on the intellectual property right rental application information received from the information terminal; enabling the intelligent property right rental service apparatus to perform an application process for the application of the intellectual property right by transmitting the posting information received from the information terminal and a designated data file generated based on the intellectual property right application information; and enabling the intellectual property right to notify a corresponding change factor and a profit occurrence factor to the information terminal if a right change and a profit for the intellectual property right are generated and to perform an intelligent property right management process to distribute a part of the generated profit to a person who rents the intelligent property right. Accordingly, the present invention can secure the intelligent property right and rent the secured intelligent property right to an individual or a corporation.
