The present invention relates to a printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) protection structure to prevent short-circuit by water and external impact preventing that a PCBA from functioning any more since a function of a PCBA is destroyed or a PCBA is destroyed by physical damage when current flow of a PCBA is interrupted causing a short circuit due to water penetration by a gap in an outer joint structure surrounding PCBA or a natural or artificial shock when an electronic device including a tablet PC, a smart phone, and a wearable smart device is exposed by an external environment. In order to prevent water penetration, polyisoprene, which is a complex of isoprene, is applied by a spray method so that an elastic aggregation degree can be maintained in a (PCBA) to form a first protective film. A second protective film made of zirconia (ZrO 2) is formed on the PCBA applied with the first protective film. Since the first protective film and the second protective film spaced apart from the first protective film and maintaining a predetermined interval with the first protective film on the PCBA through spray are formed on the PCBA, the PCBA protection structure can prevent short circuit in the PCBA by moisture or water and a circuit of the PCBA can be protected from foreign substances.
