The present invention relates to a wearable device, an IoT device, and a vehicle voice recognition operating system and a method thereof. The system includes: a voice recognition device for recognizing a voice command of a user and converting the voice command into a digital signal by dictating the voice command to generate dictation data; and a command execution device connected to at least one of the wearable device, the internet of things (IoT) device, a portable terminal, a portable storage device, a navigation device, and an AVN of a vehicle, and performing a command using the dictation data. According to the present invention, the accuracy of voice command recognition intended by the user can be increased by firstly grasping the intention of the user included in the voice command through similar numeric data and correcting an error of the voice command through examination data.
