The present invention relates to a system for extracting a winning anticipated symbol from index data of a winning anticipated number range and a method thereof. Symbols having common features are classified by kind in an anticipated winning number range in which about 8.1 million lotto winning anticipated numbers are limited to about 0.2 million symbols. An error range of appearance data having appearing in the past is deeply analyzed from index data in which overall symbols are gradually formed at a mathematical ratio according to a condition of each common feature. Data of values (probability) and image forms of each kind is provided from five types of index databases for each kind established in advance. Information of five steps is provided to a user accessing a communications network (PC, mobile application, or the like), and sorting functions for finding a winning anticipated symbol are applied in five steps, so that appearance data of past appearance frequency accumulation rates is compared step by step to analyze an error range.
