The present invention provides an eddy current testing (ECT) sensor array fixing apparatus and a surface defect inspection apparatus of an object to be inspected using the same. According to the present invention, the ECT sensor array fixing apparatus closely attaches an ECT sensor array for inspecting a surface defect from a blade surface, which is an object to be inspected, to the blade surface. The ECT sensor array fixing apparatus comprises: a segment unit closely attached to one surface of the ECT sensor array, which closely attaches the other surface to the blade surface, and having a plurality of segments connected in a row to be able to rotate in order to separately control operation of each segment; a cylinder unit having one end fixed to the upper part of the blade surface, having the other end connected to the segment unit, and pressing and closely attaching the segment unit to the blade surface; and a connection member connecting the cylinder unit and the segment unit, and transferring force of the cylinder unit to the segment unit. Accordingly, the ECT sensor array closely attached to a blade surface, which is an object to be inspected, to inspect a surface defect is uniformly and closely attached to the blade surface, and thus inspection consistency and reliability are able to be ensured.
