The present invention relates to a droplet-based biochip, a method of producing a tumor using the same, and a method of determining the metastasis of a tumor produced thereby. The droplet-based biochip comprises a body unit, a first inlet, a first fluid path unit, a second inlet, a second fluid path unit, a third fluid path unit, and an outlet. Through the first inlet, an oil phase is introduced into the body unit. The oil phase flows in the first fluid path unit. Through the second inlet, which is spaced apart from the first fluid path unit, an aqueous phase is introduced into the body part. The aqueous phase flows in the second fluid path unit. Cell droplets flow in the third fluid path unit. The outlet is disposed at a terminal end of the third fluid path unit, and the cell droplets are discharged to the outside of the body unit.
