A method for verifying electronic document security using a 2D barcode block division according to the present invention includes: a step of generating blocks obtained by dividing a high-density 2D barcode including the information of an issuance document; a step of determining an order of the generated blocks; a step of generating a first hash value by applying a hash function to the data of a first block among the generated blocks; a step of encrypting the data of a second block using the first hash value; a step of encrypting a third block based on the encrypted result of the second block; a step of generating a final key value for the encrypted third block; and a step of generating a high-density 2D barcode in which the whole block is encrypted based on the final key value.
