The present invention relates to a two-way global Business-to-Business (B2B) site construction method for electronic commerce between enterprises, which provides a connection for a transaction between a plurality of domestic and international automobile component sales companies and purchase companies, provides an E-marketplace-based platform, and provides various transaction methods and transaction conditions between sales companies and purchase companies. More specifically, E-marketplace is based in a method of constructing a B2B-based relay site which leads transactions between enterprises through online global electronic commerce. The method of the present invention comprises: a main platform constructing step (S10) of including a database for collecting information of an enterprise by connecting terminals of a sales company and a purchase company with a network; a request for quotation (RFQ) service constructing step (S20) of receiving a quotation request registered by the sales company and the purchase company through the terminals, and including an RFQ server which calculates a quotation cost by collectively receiving a quotation of an opponent company for the quotation request, and exposes the same for each list on the main platform; and a sample market constructing step (S30) of providing a space for registering and storing sample information and a sample manufactured by the sales company on the basis of a written quotation, and providing an electronic payment service for leading a payment between the sales company and the purchase company.
