The present invention provides a manufacturing method of a digital calibration check piece and a digital bracket for orthodontics using a digital library to improve the convenience and precision of orthodontics. The manufacturing method comprises: a first step of setting a virtual calibration image based on an oral scan image acquired for an oral cavity of a subject of orthodontics, wherein each tooth image of the virtual calibration image is virtually calibrated according to a preset consecutive dental structure; a second step of extracting one virtual calibration template corresponding to each tooth image from a digital library, wherein each virtual bracket and virtual wire of the extracted virtual calibration template are virtually aligned along the respective tooth images; and a third step of obtaining calibration check design information by setting an inner profile matched with a surface profile of each tooth image of the virtual calibration image and setting an opening area along a substantial installation area of the virtual bracket and the virtual wire, which are virtually disposed, so that a digital calibration check piece is mounted on the teeth of the subject of orthodontics and tightness thereof is confirmed, and acquiring calibration detailed design information corresponding to each virtual bracket, thereby manufacturing a digital calibration check piece and a digital bracket.
