Disclosed are a hierarchical process analysis method for a multistage process analysis and a hierarchical process analysis system to easily express characteristics of a multistage process. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the hierarchical process analysis method for a multistage process analysis comprises the steps of: assigning a case identifier for each of the plurality of cases forming a process; analyzing the case identifier to determine a stage for each case; grouping at least one case belonging to each stage according to similarity between cases and allocating a cluster for each group; and displaying the case in the stage or the cluster on a terminal for each level.
