PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To classify respective multi-hierarchical systems in a computer system including the plurality of multi-hierarchical systems.SOLUTION: A multi-hierarchical system 1: is configured in such a manner that a plurality of servers cooperatively execute processing on the basis of a request from a client terminal; and includes a system analysis device 51 for analyzing the processing. The system analysis device 51 includes: a model generation section 73 that generates a transaction model for identifying a call relation among the servers; a model extraction section 76 for extracting a plurality of communication paths for the processing from the transaction model and an IP address of the server executing the processing; and a system classification section 78 that classifies the processing system based on a degree of coincidence between the communication paths.
