The present invention relates to a wireless controller for a person with developmental disabilities, which has a shape of a general wrist watch, is screw-coupled, and is put on by a person with developmental disabilities on the wrist, such that the user can easily control a smart device. The wireless controller of the present invention comprises: a band formed so that a user puts the controller on the wrist; and a case including a micro controller unit (MCU) (11) which controls a sensor in the center of a watch (10) wherein the MCU is an exclusive processor for controlling a particular system, a battery which manages power of MCU, a gyroscope sensor (11) which measures intension of the user, and a Bluetooth sensor (11) which controls a device with data measured based thereon.
