The present invention relates to a robot for managing a single person, a single person management device using the same and a method for managing a single person, in which detects a position and a posture of the single person by a position sensor unit which senses the single person position and posture, and is disposed on the indoor floor for which the single person resides having a device for which the single person can sit down or lie down, informs, an occurrence of an emergency situation, to an emergency managment center such as 119 or to a guardian if a position of the single persson is suddenly found to be in an an abnormal position, and provides immediate response to the emergency situation by stimulating the fallen single person with sounds, tactile stimuli and the like so as to maximize a time of golden time through stimulation to the fallen single person, thereby, at the same time, greatly improving a probability of saving the life of the single person by providing a sense of security to the single person.
