The present invention relates to a system of displaying the ocean in a water tank using a robot fish and a 3D hologram, comprising: a water tank (10) storing water and a plurality of robot fish (90) therein and formed with an opened upper portion; a screen (20) including a bottom surface screen (22) installed on an upper surface of the bottom of the water tank (10) and a side surface screen (21) forming an obtuse angle with respect to the bottom surface screen (22); a beam projector (30) installed on an upper surface of one side of the water tank (10) and provided to project a hologram image; a plurality of color LEDs (121, 122, 123) installed on a lower side of the water tank (10) and provided to emit color light from a lower portion of the bottom to an upper portion thereof; a CCD digital camera (60) installed on an upper portion of the water tank (10) and provided to photograph the robot fish (90) in the water tank (10) and measure x and y coordinates of the robot fish (90); a scanner (80) scanning a 2D image including a picture or a photo drawn or presented by a visitor to produce the 2D image into data; a server (70) connected with the beam projector (30), the CCD digital camera (60), and the scanner (80) and provided to convert the 2D image produced into data by the scanner (80) into a 3D image and convert the 3D image into hologram image data swimming in the water tank (10), and transfer the hologram image data to the beam projector (30); and a circulation filtering device provided to filter water released from the water tank (10) by circulating the water and supply the circulated and filtered water back to the water tank (10). According to the present invention, by using the beam projector (30) of projecting the hologram image on a front surface of the water tank (10) and a hologram film (200) of generating the image by reflecting the image projected from the beam projector (30), it is possible to provide a sense of reality to a user′s image such that the image looks like swimming in the water tank (10). As described above, the robot fish (90) swim in the water tank (10), as such it is possible to project the hologram image that the visitor has presented on a location where the robot fish (90) are swimming, thereby having an effect of arousing interests of visitors and providing a sense of reality to the image.
