The present invention provides a wearable electronic device having a device main body, a sensor, a haptic actuator, and a control unit. The device main body is wearable in different confidentiality levels. The sensor measures a parameter for indicating a confidentiality level where the device main body is worn when the device main body is worn. The control unit receives the measurement of the parameter for indicating the confidentiality level, where the device main body is worn, from the sensor when the device main body is worn. The control unit is additionally formed to determine a confidentiality level based on the measurement. In addition, when an outputted haptic effect exists, the control unit determines the intensity, duration, or frequency of a haptic operating signal for generating a haptic effect, based on the confidentiality level, where the device main body is worn.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
