The present invention relates to an excavation controlling method of a deep cement mixing method capable of detecting whether an excavation apparatus reaches the bedrock, which is a bearing layer, or not. The excavation controlling method of a deep cement mixing method comprises the steps of: locating an auger unit at an excavation position according to control of a control unit and drilling at a predetermined excavation speed; injecting cement slurry when the auger unit reaches a target lower layer and controlling the auger unit to repeat ascending and descending to a predetermined height with respect to the target lower layer to form an improved body; controlling to inject cement slurry by a control unit while the auger unit draws out and ascends to a target upper layer with respect to the target lower layer at the predetermined speed; and controlling to carry out washing work by the control unit while the auger unit draws out and ascends after stirring and descending to a predetermined depth with respect to the target upper layer. The control unit checks whether excavation of the auger unit reaches the target lower layer in the step of forming the improved body or not.
