The present invention provides a cloud quantum security authentication method using a unidirectional quantum random number encryption key transmission technique. A quantum server includes a high-speed quantum random number generator and a high-speed pseudo random number generator. The high-speed pseudo random number generator generates a high-speed symmetric encryption key by a pseudo random number program, and the high-speed quantum random number generator generates a high-speed asymmetric encryption key using a quantum random number in the high-speed symmetric encryption key. A cloud quantum random number generator includes a cloud quantum random number control unit and a cloud pseudo random number generator. The cloud pseudo random number generator generates a cloud symmetric encryption key by a pseudo random number program, and the cloud quantum random number control unit generates a cloud asymmetric encryption key using a quantum random number in the cloud symmetric encryption key. A terminal quantum random number generator includes a terminal quantum random number control unit and a terminal pseudo random number generator. The terminal pseudo random number generator generates a terminal symmetric encryption key by a pseudo random number program, and the terminal quantum random number control unit generates a terminal asymmetric encryption key using a quantum random number in the terminal symmetric encryption key.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
