The present invention relates to a quantum half-duplex three-channel security authentication image terminal and a CCTV image crime prevention control method. According to the present invention, a power part of a local control server receives a commercial power from KEPCO to supply standard power to each part of the local control server through a rectification/smoothing circuit and a fuse, wherein the fuse is formed of at least one fuse with different capacities.
