The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a dried product of sugared citrus using maltodextrin and a dried product of sugared citrus manufactured thereby. According to the present invention, water content after molecular press dehydration can be efficiently reduced by using maltodextrin as an alternative to sugar when sugaring the citrus, and a drying time also can be shortened.
