The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a carbon material-based metal compound having an amorphous layer and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a carbon material-based metal compound having an amorphous layer, which can induce synthesis of plenty of carbon-metal compounds in a short period of time so that production efficiency can be significantly increased. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a material preparation step; a blending step; a grinding step; a mixing step; a composite synthesizing step; and an amorphous layer generation controlling step.
