Autoclaved light weight concrete composition using circulating fluidized bed combustion ash and method thereof

The present invention relates to a lightweight bubble concrete composition using circulating fluidized bed boiler ash and a lightweight bubble concrete block manufacturing method using the same. The lightweight bubble concrete manufacturing method using circulating fluidized bed boiler ash of a gypsum dihydrate form includes: a step (a) of hydrating circulating fluidized bed boiler ash into a gypsum dihydrate; a step (b) of mixing the hydrated gypsum dihydrate with silica sand, quicklime, cement, and water and stirring the mixture; a step (c) of placing and foaming the mixture; and a step (d) of curing the same. In addition, the present invention relates to lightweight bubble concrete manufactured by the method. The present invention has effects of: improving the utilization of industrial byproducts by hydrating existing circulating fluidized bed boiler ash, which had no value of practical use as industrial byproducts, into gypsum dihydrate and establishing a method to use the hydrated product for producing lightweight bubble concrete; being economical by reducing the use of quicklime without using existing gypsum used for producing concrete; and enabling the lightweight bubble concrete manufactured by the method of the present invention to have excellent compressive strength.
