An embodiment of the present invention provides a thermal storage tank which is able to measure thermal storage volume by using buoyancy caused when a latent heat storage material, which is a phase-changing material, changes into a solid phase, to measure the thermal storage volume without temperature measurement, thereby improving accuracy of the measurement of the thermal storage volume. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a latent heat storage type thermal storage tank which can measure thermal storage volume includes: a partition which is coupled to an inner surface of a housing and divides the internal space of the housing into a plurality of heat storage spaces; a latent heat storage material filled in the heat storage space and variable in buoyancy by phase change; a contact portion which is coupled to an upper surface of a plurality of surfaces forming a heat storage space and spaced apart from an upper surface of the heat storage space and in contact with the latent heat storage material; a sensor part which is positioned between the upper surface of the heat storage space and the contact portion and detects a change in phase state between the upper surface of the heat storage space and the contact portion; and a flow pipe through which a fluid for heat exchange with the latent heat storage material flows.
