The present invention discloses a plastic container material and a plastic container material manufacturing apparatus for manufacturing the plastic container material. The disclosed plastic container material has advantages of not only reducing the amount of expensive antimicrobial ingredients to reduce production costs, but also securing antibacterial performance in the same manner as in the related art, by comprising a material forming layer and an antibacterial protection layer and forming the antibacterial protection layer only on an inner portion of a plastic container, in which food is contained, thereby applying the expensive antimicrobial ingredients only to the antibacterial protection layer that can perform an antibacterial function without applying the expensive antimicrobial ingredients to the material forming layer that cannot perform an actual antibacterial function. Further, the disclosed plastic container material manufacturing apparatus has an advantage of being able to manufacture the plastic container material with improved production speed by including a material forming layer-forming extrusion means, an antibacterial protection layer-forming extrusion means, and a cooling roller member such that the antibacterial protection layer in a molten state closely adheres to the material forming layer not to be separated therefrom, and the material forming layer is formed together with the antibacterial protection layer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
