The present invention relates to an equipment system for producing a liquid fertilizer from livestock manure, which treats manures of livestock, such as pigs, cows, and the like, to produce an organic fertilizer; and a processing method for producing a liquid fertilizer from the manures of livestock such as pigs, cows, and the like by using the same. More specifically, the equipment system comprises: a purification treatment system unit (100) configured to purify harmful materials in collected livestock manure; a pretreatment system unit (200) configured to introduce beneficial microorganisms into the livestock manure purified for a first time in the purification treatment system unit (100) to prepare a liquid fertilizer material; a liquid fertilizer preparation system unit (300) configured to turn the liquid fertilizer material prepared in the pretreatment system unit (200) into fertilizer; a compost processing unit (400) configured to collect sludge generated from each of the aforementioned system units and compost the sludge; a product packaging apparatus (500) configured to fill and package the liquid fertilizer processed in the liquid fertilizer preparation system unit (300); and a control panel (600) configured to control the overall system.
