According to an embodiment of the present invention, the present invention relates to a wind power selector capable of regulating a flow rate, which comprises: a selecting drum unit which is positioned in the lower part of a dropping conveyor unit receiving and transferring objects, and includes a selecting drum for selecting the objects; a withdrawing conveyor unit which is connected with the selecting drum unit in order to receive and discharge a portion of the objects selected by the selecting drum unit; and an intake blowing unit which is placed adjacent to the selecting drum unit in order to send air to the selecting drum unit and suck and circulate the air. A circulation blowing unit of the intake blowing unit includes a blowing nozzle module which is positioned to discharge air to the withdrawing conveyor unit and can regulate the wind direction. Therefore, the wind power selector capable of regulating a flow rate can prevent degradation of selecting efficiency and work environment by adding a device for regulating an appropriate operation range by adjusting the inlet and position of the nozzle while maintaining the same air volume.
