The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for weapon assignment of a multi-target and multi-weapon environment. According to an embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus for weapon assignment of a multi-target and multi-weapon environment comprises: a target and weapon information input unit to receive position information of multi-targets from the outside and position information of multi-weapons; an azimuth calculation unit to calculate an azimuth between a target and a weapon by using the position information of the multi-targets and the position information of the multi-weapons; a target arrangement unit to arrange a target with respect to all targets of each weapon group based on a size of the calculated azimuth; and a target assignment unit to assign a group with respect to a target group to be fired in each weapon group based on a size of the arranged azimuth.
